REFUND POLICY
The refund policy stipulates that all course fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
CamoFx cannot offer refunds for training cancellations or postponements beyond their control, but alternative training dates will be provided, and it becomes the student's responsibility to reschedule any affected sessions.
CamoFx also clarifies that they are not liable for any financial or travel-related losses incurred by students due to necessary training course postponements.
In the case of non-attendance due to medical reasons, proof must be provided upon request. While the Academy may consider placing students on a cancellation list for an alternative course date of the same program, this option is non-refundable due to company losses.
Consideration for the cancellation list is subject to providing evidence that medical reasons indeed prevented attendance on the originally booked dates. The policy emphasizes the necessity of a minimum 2-week notice for rescheduling due to medical reasons.
